Oracle Cloud Infrastructure runs the Abilene, Texas Stargate campus — about 1.2 GW operational and expanding toward 2 GW — and is breaking ground on further sites in Michigan, Wisconsin, Wyoming and Pennsylvania. The five-year contract with OpenAI announced in September 2025 and beginning in 2027 covers roughly 4.5 GW of capacity for approximately $300 billion. Combined with the Abilene flagship and parallel projects, the Stargate program Oracle anchors is nearing 7 GW of planned capacity and over $400 billion of investment across three years.
