The SPAN Panel gives homeowners per-circuit visibility, prioritized backup during outages, and — critically — the ability to add EV chargers and heat pumps without a costly utility service upgrade, by managing load in software instead of oversizing the service. It also ships SPAN Drive, a Level 2+ charger that coordinates with the panel. Sold through electricians, solar and HVAC installers, builders and increasingly utility programs; the company has raised roughly $427M across rounds including a $163M raise in January 2026, and employs several hundred people.
