The transmission development and ownership arm of LS Power, building high-voltage systems across five RTO and ISO markets.

LS Power Grid designs, builds, owns and operates high-voltage transmission across CAISO, ERCOT, MISO, PJM and NYISO, with assets and projects in California, Nevada, Texas, Indiana, Delaware, New Jersey and New York. Its regulated utilities include Cross Texas Transmission, Republic Transmission, Great Basin Transmission and LS Power Grid California. Current projects include the Southwest Intertie Project-North (SWIP-North), a 500 kV line opening a transfer path between the Desert Southwest and the Pacific Northwest, the Fern Road Substation in California and the Hiple-to-Helix line in northern Indiana. Much of the portfolio was won through competitive solicitations rather than incumbent franchise.
