Ohmium designs skid-mounted PEM electrolyser modules that stack into multi-megawatt plants, with US headquarters in Newark, California and manufacturing in India. Its second Indian gigafactory, a 14,000 m² plant at Doddaballapura near Bengaluru, is rated at 2 GW per year of PEM electrolysers with room to expand to 4 GW, and consolidates manufacturing, assembly, QA, testing and shipping under one roof. The company closed a $250 million Series C growth equity round to fund that scale-up. NTPC Renewable Energy selected Ohmium's India subsidiary as preferred partner for roughly 400 MW of projects, and the company holds a strategic partnership with Tata Projects and an award under India's SIGHT green hydrogen incentive scheme.
