Global hyperscale developer owned by KKR and Global Infrastructure Partners that contracts utility power in hundreds-of-megawatt blocks ahead of construction.

CyrusOne operates data centers across North America, EMEA and APAC and has pushed its US growth toward power-rich Texas sites. A joint venture with Energy Capital Partners and KKR is building the Thad Hill campus in Bosque County, Texas — more than 700,000 square feet with 144 MW of initial IT capacity and an expanded power deal adding 210 MW to the 190 MW originally announced — targeted to be operational in Q4 2026. In February 2026 Constellation Energy executed a 380 MW power supply agreement with CyrusOne for a campus adjacent to the Freestone Energy Center in Freestone County. Further development sites include Sangamon County and Yorkville, Illinois and Lee County, North Carolina.
