Founded in 2012 and registered at EUREF-Campus 22 in Berlin under CEO Christian Hahn, Hubject is a joint venture of eight automotive, energy and technology shareholders including BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, EnBW, Enel X, E.ON, Bosch and Siemens. Its intercharge platform connects charge point operators with e-mobility service providers so drivers can charge across networks and borders, covering more than 1.1 million charge points, over 3,500 B2B partners and 75-plus countries. Hubject also runs the leading Plug&Charge ecosystem for ISO 15118 automatic authentication, financial settlement between roaming partners, and testing and certification services for charger and vehicle makers.
